You may choose any lab, but make sure to complete the full list of required tests provided to you.

Step 2: Book Your Case Analysis

Submit your lab reports and any previous test results for analysis.

What the Case Analysis Includes:

Deep dive into your case history, symptoms, and current health concerns
Analysis of lab and diagnostic reports
Recommendations for any additional investigations if needed
Estimated recovery timeline and proposed program duration
Open Q&A to clarify all your health-related concerns

⚠️ Please Note:

We are not DOCTORS and do not provide prescriptions.
No nutrition plans or supplement protocols will be offered during the case analysis.
A follow-up call will be conducted by the team for further discussions regarding the report.
The fee for the case analysis will be applied toward a maintenance nutrition and supplement plan upon completion of the program.

Begin your personalised healing journey

This is a mentor-guided program:

Your clinical dietitian (MSc Nutrition/Dietetics) will provide day-to-day support
Vineesha personally designs your nutrition and supplement protocols, while your mentor
offers direct guidance and support
Vineesha does not take review calls, but is available via WhatsApp and email for
communication

Program Structure: 3 Months of Support

30-minute onboarding call with your mentor
30-minute detailed plan explanation session
7–8 hours/day WhatsApp support
Alternative week scheduled review calls
Highly personalised supplement protocol
Group mental wellness sessions with a certified mental health coach

Program charges

3 months - ₹60,000 inclusive of gST ( Weekly review calls )

Homemade Food Access Required: Since clean eating is essential for gut healing, this is the program is not suitable if you do not have access to home-cooked meals.
This program may not be suitable if you are not open to using supplements recommended to you Address your specific nutrient deficiencies.
Exclusions: This program does not include medical prescriptions or emergency medical care.
